Instead, our focus is on showcasing the natural beauty and flavors of the ingredients themselves. That’s why we avoid synthetic flavors, preservatives, colorings, quality enhancers, and highly processed materials. We are committed to preserving the genuine taste of each ingredient.

The flavors, aromas, and colors of C'est du nanan's sweets are entirely derived from carefully selected, natural ingredients.

By taking the time to prepare our ingredients with care and attention, we create a rich, layered depth of flavor that highlights the beauty of simplicity.

For example:

• When harvesting fully ripened yuzu, we ensure it is picked at the height of its fragrance. Each yuzu is hand-peeled by our staff, and the peels are immediately simmered in large pots to lock in their aromatic essence. We use agave syrup to enhance the refreshing aroma of the yuzu naturally.

• Our black soybeans are slowly simmered over low heat, with brown sugar added gradually. This meticulous process results in soft, plump, and flavorful black beans.

• Red bean paste is cooked using a method that retains its distinct aroma, while our soybean flour is hand-roasted by dedicated farmers and shipped directly to us.
